- 經由順豐速運送到你填寫的香港境內地址。
- 其他地區請聯繫再作出安排。
運送範圍
- 順豐服務所覆蓋的香港/台灣服務範圍。
- 偏遠地區可使用順豐的派送櫃。
到貨時間
- 顧客落單後，我們通常會在5個工作日內發貨,並透過郵件電子通知您。送貨時間具體取決於您所在的位置，需要約1至3個工作天。
注意事項
- 由於Gustbay是委託以上託運公司的第三方服務把商品寄出，實際配送過程與時間由速遞公司安排。
- 如果客户提供的地址不完整或不正確，而導致您的包裹寄失或退回給我們，Gustbay不承担任何因地址失誤引起的訂單貨物遺失責任。如需重新送貨至更正地址，您必须支付再次發貨的费用。

- 海外運送恕無法享有免運費之優惠。對於國際訂單，商品價格和運費(含稅費) 在結帳時均以港幣計算。實際運費與稅費請參照結帳頁面。：

海外訂單注意事項
- 請用英文填寫收件人姓名、完整收件國家及地址。
- 由於Gustbay是委託以上託運公司的第三方服務把商品寄出，實際配送過程與時間由速遞公司安排。
- 如果客户提供的地址不完整或不正確，而導致您的包裹寄失或退回給我們，Gustbay不承担任何因地址失誤引起的訂單貨物遺失責任。如需重新送貨至更正位址，您必須支付再次發貨的費用。
- 海外配送如遇海關抽檢，將可能導致配送時間延長。
- Gustbay的產品價格並不包括運費和任何海關稅款，所有在運輸期間或之後收取的費用皆由客戶自理。
如有任何爭議，Gustbay保留最終決定權。

- All local orders with a purchase of HK$300 (after deducting all discounts and coupons) will be entitled to free shipping, i.e.:

SHIPPING METHOD
- Delivery via Shunfeng Express to the address you filled out in Hong Kong.
- Please contact our customer service for oversea fee.
SHIPPING RANGE
- The scope of Hong Kong services covered by Sf Express Services.
- Some Remote area buyer, please send us SF express storage box for collect delivery.
TIME OF DELIVERY
- After the customer has dropped the order, we usually ship within 5 business days and notify you by e-mail. Delivery times depend on your location and take about 1 to 3 working days.
PRECAUTIONS
- Since Gustbay is entrusted with the third-party services of the above shipping company to ship the goods, the actual delivery process and time are arranged by the courier company.
- Gustbay shall not be liable for any loss of order goods due to address errors if the address is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in the loss or return of your package to us. To re-ship to the corrected address, you must pay for the re-shipment.

- Free shipping is not available overseas. For international orders, commodity prices and shipping charges (including taxes and fees) are calculated in HKD at checkout. Please refer to the checkout page for actual shipping charges and taxes. :
